BUSINESSES-CITY OF EDWARDSVILLE Some say the City of Edwardsville was platted in 1816, while others say it was chartered in 1819. The county's present courthouse was built during the period 1913 to 1915.  Edwardsville City Hall is located near the intersection of North Main Street and Hillsboro. It was renovated and opened in 1995. |
